We don\u2019t write reports, speak in jargon, or maintain a polite distance. Instead, we are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Hands-on (even virtually!).<\/strong> We get in our clients\u2019 business. We watch them delegate and conduct job interviews and run meetings. We look at their email so we can see real examples of how they\u2019re interacting with colleagues. We watch them in action to see what\u2019s really going on and what it would take to move things forward.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Grounded in our clients\u2019 worlds.<\/strong> We\u2019ve been in our clients\u2019 shoes, and we understand firsthand the difficulties and complexities they face. We hear over and over that we \u201cget\u201d their realities in a way they didn\u2019t expect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Concrete.<\/strong> We help clients learn by doing, and we help them \u201cdo\u201d by giving very specific, actionable recommendations. We won\u2019t simply tell them to have a difficult conversation; we\u2019ll draft talking points and rehearse the conversation with them. And instead of preaching about the importance of new practices, we\u2019ll model the practices, give samples, and jointly create drafts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Results-driven.<\/strong> Every day, managers grapple with the work of getting teams aligned on goals, getting results, and building teams where all staff can thrive.
