If our schools and organizations are organisms, relationships are the connective tissue\u2014they bind, support, and protect us.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This guide is for managers looking to build (more) supportive and functional relationships with their staff. We believe that relationship-building is a<\/span><b> core competency<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for effective management (equitable, sustainable, and results-driven).
