Here\u2019s a sample email that you can use to explain what you\u2019ll be doing and why, and how you\u2019ll use the goals once they\u2019re created. You have our blessing to take this email and make it your own!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Subject:<\/strong> Setting our goals for 20XX!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hey team,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019d like to start the process of getting clarity around what we\u2019ll achieve next year, individually and as a team. We\u2019re going to get aligned on where we will (and won\u2019t) put our energy and what concrete markers we\u2019ll use to measure success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To kick off this process, let\u2019s meet on [date and time]. We\u2019ll look at what we aim to accomplish in the coming year, so that each of you can do some thinking about what might be possible in your specific realm.
