Use this worksheet when you\u2019re getting ready to assign a new task or project to think through your outcomes, expectations, resources, constraints, and how you\u2019ll check in about progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This worksheet will help you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work through &#8220;the 5 W&#8217;s&#8221; (who, what, when, where, why\u2014and how)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clarify roles when multiple people will be involved (using our MOCHA tool)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Decide how you\u2019ll stay engaged<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that you debrief at the end of the project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This worksheet shouldn\u2019t take the place of conversations or project plans. Use this worksheet to prep for discussion with team members before writing up a project plan or assigning projects verbally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Encourage your staff or team to use the <a
