Kim is an Administrative professional with demonstrated experience within the non-profit sector. Prior to joining the Management Center team, she previously served as the Operations Coordinator and, more recently, the first Senior Human Resources and Operations Manager at the California Immigrant Policy Center, which advocates for strong, equitable statewide policies for all Californians regardless of immigration status. During her five years at the organization, she was instrumental in laying the foundation for CIPC’s administrative policies\/processes, logistical practices, and wellness initiatives. Before that, she worked at the Immigrant Defenders Law Center as their first Operations Assistant and, later on, first Human Resources Associate.
