A continuaci\u00f3n, dos ejemplos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Su equipo de desarrollo puede tener como objetivo de resultado &#8220;recaudar $X antes de Y para cubrir el presupuesto de este a\u00f1o y 3 meses de reserva operativa&#8221;. Para ser m\u00e1s inclusivo y equitativo en el proceso, podr\u00eda decir expl\u00edcitamente: &#8220;Consultaremos a X coalici\u00f3n o a Y l\u00edderes comunitarios para conocer su opini\u00f3n antes de finalizar&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preg\u00fantese:<\/strong> Si el resultado especificado en el objetivo no promueve espec\u00edficamente la equidad y la inclusi\u00f3n, \u00bfel proceso para lograr este objetivo va a mejorar la equidad y la inclusi\u00f3n en nuestro equipo\/organizaci\u00f3n?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Revise para ver si hay un impacto dispar no intencional<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Una parte importante del desarrollo de un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.managementcenter.org\/resources\/objetivos-smartie\/\" data-type=\"resources\" data-id=\"11018\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">objetivo SMARTIE<\/a> consiste en detectar impactos dispares no intencionados en funci\u00f3n de la identidad y el poder, y encontrar formas de mitigarlos. Pero a veces, simplemente no hay suficiente informaci\u00f3n (ya sea un precedente o una perspectiva) para anticipar las consecuencias no deseadas.
